Salt Lake City - September 2003

Salt Lake City is one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the country. And Salt Lakers' appetites for fine dining appear to be growing at an equally accelerated rate. Just a few years ago, the cuisine served up in most of the city's eateries would hardly have been considered inspiring. Today, however, matters gastronomic have improved significantly. Visitors to the area will find numerous opportunities to placate their adventurous palates.
